Why Mentor
1 in 3 young people will grow up without having a mentor in their life. Mentoring connects a young person to personal growth and development, as well as social and economic opportunities. Having a mentor who has been through the same challenges gives students the confidence to succeed and supports them through the process. It is our hope that having students working with our mentors throughout their educational journey, will increase the diversity of the dental school applicant pool.
If you are interested in mentoring an aspiring dentist or dental student, please complete the form below. In your initial message, please include:
- A short description of your prior experience in dentistry, including your specialty and where you currently practice.
- A brief explanation of your interest in becoming a mentor.
