Mentorship Webinar: Shadowing Do’s and Don’ts

We invite you to watch Dr. Glavash’s webinar for insight on Shadowing Do’s & Don’ts, with guest speakers, D3 dental students Jasmine Perry and Alexxis Harris.

Dr. Myriam Glavash is a board-certified pediatric dentist at one of the largest private pediatric practices in the state of Texas. She has been practicing for 10 years and works largely with children in rural underserved areas with extensive needs. She is also involved locally in the South Plains Dental District Society serving as their community affairs chair.

Jasmine is a third year, second lieutenant in army and mom. She is passionate about anesthesiology and plan to pursue residency after graduation. She is also a member of admissions committee and a pre dental mentor. Her passion is helping students achieve their dreams like someone did for her. She strongly believes that we all can make it.

Alexxis is currently a third year at the University of Florida College of Dentistry.  She is also an Admission Outreach Ambassador and a member of the Black Student Advocacy Group. As the reigning President of the Student National Dental Association here at UF, she is passionate about helping those who come after her. She truly believes we can go further together. Her all time favorite quote is, “Aspire to Inspire before you Expire.”
